HedgeRock Capital, a licensed commercial loan originator based in Laguna Beach, CA, came to me with a critical issue: their WordPress site was infected with malware, neglected, and barely functional. With no access to a working site, we turned to the Wayback Machine and unearthed a snapshot of the site from the previous year. Fortunately, this archive contained all the original content. Using that as a foundation, the site was rebuilt from scratch—reorganizing the information for clarity, updating the structure for usability, and adding new client-facing resources to enhance conversions.
